Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be included in our custom–developed server monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial services. And in case of a service crash, our server admins will be alerted at once and they will fix the issue as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is compulsory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered the Administration Services package, you can enjoy every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you needing to install and configure anything. What’s more the backups are saved on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. Thus your content will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you a virtually infinite number of options, you will often need to install additional software packages. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an essential part of our Administration Services deal, which entitles you to call for any of our experienced server admins to install any software and to solve any issue that you are having with your server.

Our Administration Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages. It’s an optional feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
